Where can you learn about multi-modal freight transportation in 3 days from industry leaders?
Northwestern University Transportation Center (NUTC)’s 2026 Freight Transportation and Logistics executive education program, “Navigating Recovery, Disruption, and the Future of Moving Freight,” is being rescheduled for September 2026. New dates will be announced soon.
The program brings together Northwestern faculty and leading industry experts to deliver an in-depth exploration of both domestic and international freight systems. Participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of how goods move across intermodal, trucking, rail, air cargo, ocean shipping, warehousing, and last-mile delivery networks, as well as how emerging technologies and data analytics are reshaping freight decision-making.
This year’s instructor lineup includes a diverse group of leaders from industry and academia, with expertise spanning across major organization in logistics, transportation, consulting, and more. Their combined perspective provides participants with both strategic frameworks and real-world operational insights.
Registration includes full program tuition, materials, daily breakfast and lunch, and a welcome reception dinner. Discounted rates are available for Business Advisory Council company employees, government employees, and academic participants.
